Account Specialist
Clark Regional Wastewater District seeks an experienced
Account Specialist to join their Customer Accounts Team. The Account Specialist is a customer-focused professional who provides excellent customer service and account management for District ratepayers. Exciting opportunity for an aspiring and experienced customer service professional at a local, growing utility that strategically invests in its employees.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide professional service support to customers and stakeholders in varied situations and circumstances
- Answer, research, and respond to customer requests for account information
- Maintain accurate records to document funds received or paid on customer accounts
- Manage one or more financial processes, e.g., utility billing, past due accounts, permits, cash receipts
- Reconcile various accounts receivables subledgers to the general ledger
- Establish and maintain professional, effective working relationships with team members, customers, and stakeholders
Salary range: $5,101 to $6,668 per month
Starting salary: $5,101 to $5,832 per month, depending on qualifications.
