West Sound Utility District, Port Orchard, WA is seeking qualified applicants for the position of “Wastewater Treatment Plant Manager”. The Plant Manager is a highly responsible administrative and supervisory position, responsible for the administration of the wastewater treatment facility (jointly owned by the District and City of Port Orchard), directing and supervising the activities of personnel engaged in facility operations, maintenance and associated programs. The District provides a highly competitive compensation and benefits package available to all eligible employees. The following is a summary of the salary and benefits for this position: Salary Scale: $106,749.74 - $129,754.98 Annually DOE Holidays: 12 paid holidays Annual Leave: 16 hours per month Sick Leave: 8 hours per month Retirement: Washington State PERS System Health Care Benefits: $1,300 per month toward medical, dental, vision & life benefits HRA VEBA Health Reimbursement Agreement License/Certification Fees Paid by the District WA PFML- Employee Portion Paid by the District Employee Assistance Program, Life Insurance & Optional Life Coverage, Long Term Disability & Optional Long-Term Disability, Deferred Compensation Program (DCP or ROTH), Professional Development/Growth Continuing Education Program and Educational Assistance Program.
