Water / Wastewater Systems Field Operator & Maintenance Technician
Qualifications & Requirements
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
  • Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with proof of insurability.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 45 pounds unassisted.
  • Must be available for on-call duty, including 24-hour shifts as required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screening, and any additional required pre­employment testing.
Certifications & Residency Requirements:
  • Willingness to obtain water and wastewater operator certifications within two (2) years of employment.
  • Must participate in random drug testing as required.
  • Must reside within or be willing to relocate within 25 miles of the District's Shop located in Loon Lake, Washington.

  • Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week, with overtime as needed.
