Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and will regularly interact with a wide variety of our customers and partners, including city and county officials, neighboring city and district staff and managers, as well as Alderwood’s own staff, management, and Board. This individual will need to be able to enforce standards while simultaneously building cooperative relationships with other agencies, contractors, developers, and the public.   The Construction Manager should be someone that will approach their work with integrity and treat others fairly and consistently.
