District Engineer
West Sound Utility District, Port Orchard, WA is pleased to announce it is seeking qualified applicants for the position of “District Engineer” to become part of the WSUD team in Port Orchard, WA. The District Engineer position has the overall responsibility of overseeing civil engineering design, construction and engineering expertise for West Sound Utility District.
Assists in overseeing the operation and maintenance of facilities to meet all applicable regulatory requirements and in accordance with design criteria. This is a full time, non-union, FLSA Exempt position.

Salary Scale 2025: $101,666.41 -- $123,576.16 Annually
Holidays: 12 paid holidays
Annual Leave: 16 hours per month
Sick Leave: 8 hours per month
Retirement: Washington State PERS System
Health Care Benefits: $1,300 per month toward medical, dental, vision & life benefits
HRA VEBA Health Reimbursement Agreement
License/Certification Fees Paid by the District
