| Requirements |
This position requires working in all types of weather conditions and the ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including digging, climbing in and out of trenches and manholes, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs. Specific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
Candidate must possess basic math skills, a familiarity with computers, and the ability to use hand & power tools. Water and/or sewer experience is preferred but not required.
A valid Washington State Driver's License and acceptable driving record are required. Prior to hiring, a Criminal History Background Check will be conducted.
Holidays: 10 Paid Holidays & 1 Personal Day
Vacation: 8 Hours per month (increases after 5 years)
Sick Leave: 8 Hours per month
Bereavement: 24 hours per year
Retirement: WA State PERS & Deferred Comp. (optional)
