Carol Holman
Carol Holman is the western regional manager for the Growth Management Services unit at the Washington State Department of Commerce. She leads a team of six senior planners providing technical assistance to jurisdictions throughout western Washington. In addition to managing the western team, Carol is the subject matter expert for Capital Facilities planning at Commerce, and provides technical support to local planners across the state.
