Booth Information and Preferences
Exhibitor registration includes 8’ x 10’ pipe and drape booth, 1 draped table, 2 chairs and standard electricity. Exhibitor must provide own extension cords. Registration will be accepted on a first received / first assigned basis. Payment must accompany this form. If all the booth choices have been assigned, booth space will be assigned at the discretion of WASWD. Space cannot be reserved without payment.
Registration Packet Advertising
Exhibitors are invited to submit a one-page sheet advertising its organization and products and services. This will be placed in each conference attendee's registration packet. Please provide 150 copies to the Association office no later than March 27, 2026.
