We have great content, an exhibits program and plenty of interactive breaks included for our in-person Spring Conference and Trade Show.  

Join Us!
Join the company of colleagues, vendors, and old friends at the LOCATION Convention Center at this years in-person Spring Conference and Trade Show. Time for offering connections and networking will be generous. 

Program
The conference begins on WEEKDAY afternoon at TIME PM and ends after the last workshop on WEEKDAY at TIME PM.  The Members Business Meeting will be on Friday morning.

Walt Canter Scholarship Golf Tournament

The golf tournament will be held on WEEKDAY, MONTH DAY beginning at TIME AM (Shotgun Start).  If you would like to join us for this event, please select it during registration.  You will also have the option to request a foursome.  

Scholarship Golf Tournament Sponsorship Opportunities
There are several ways your company can sponsor the 2024 Spring Scholarship Golf Tournament:

• $100.00 Golf Hole Sponsor 
• $50.00 Prize Sponsorship or you may donate an actual prize.
• Golf Prize to be raffled at golf awards
• Goody Bag Items to be placed in the golfers registration bags

Proceeds from this tournament go to support the Walt Canter Scholarship Fund. The WASWD Scholarship Program is an annual program to assist people wishing to acquire an education in career fields required by special purpose districts. 

Conference Meals
Full conference registration includes reception and dinner on Wednesday; breakfast, lunch and reception on Thursday; and breakfast on Friday as well as all breaks.  Please note that Thursday night dinner is on your own.  If you require special meals, please be sure to answer the dietary question when registering-we cannot accomodate last minute dietary restrictions.

Spouse/Guest Meal Tickets
Meal tickets will be available for purchase for your spouse or guest on site at the conference.

Code of Conduct
We request that all attendees review the code of conduct. Also note that attendance at or participation in the WASWD Conference constitutes an agreement that attendee name, title, business address, and any photographs, video, audio, or other visual or audio reproduction obtained during the event can be used for promotion and recruitment, including Internet and website use. WASWD is released from any liability connected with the use of event photos, video, or audio.

Care to Present at a Future Event or Meeting?
Associate members are welcomed to propose educational topics for a presentation at future Section meetings, webinars, or conferences that are not sales driven. This opportunity allows Associate members to network and get exposure to the substance of their work while providing useful information for water and sewer district members.
